The 7th TARAS award was received by two companies Petrol Energetika, d.o.o., and Metal Ravne, d.o.o. and one research group from the Department of Energy Effieciency on the Jožef Štefan Institute. Expert committee, which evaluated the three received applications, was convinced by successful cooperation in the development of the exploitation of excess heat of metallurgical processes for the purposes of district heating and sanitary hot water preparation.
