Exhibitors

The status of exhibitor brings you:

an exhibition area (4 x roll-up 0,9 m, desk (1 m x 0.6 m), two chairs, electrical connection and wireless internet),
promotion on social networks,
your logo on all promotional materials (flyers, printed Forum proceedings, website, video presentation in the electronic proceedings),
printed/electronic Forum proceedings, including all presentations and papers selected for the programme,
two people on the exibition area (The registration fee includes event materials, snacks and drinks during breaks, two lunches and dinner.)

Expected contribution of the exhibitor is 770.00 EUR + VAT.

In addition, the exhibitors have the right to register 3-5 persons from companies (their business partners). The authors and co-authors of forum papers are excluded from this offer. All the materials as well as lunch will be available to the business partners.
