Authors
If you wish to let the professional audience know about your latest developments, novelties or professional and business highlights, or if you would like to address the global state of your industry, you are invited to submit the abstract of your paper (up to 1500 characters). The paper is expected to deal with at least one of the forum’s central topics and be in line with the programme.
The programme committee will review the abstracts and invite the authors to submit full manuscripts. After reviewing the final manuscripts, the programme committee will select the papers for publishing in the Forum proceedings, and the lead authors will present them in a plenary keynote or in one of the technical sessions on the second day. Upon final selection, the lead authors will receive detailed instructions for preparing their presentations.
The members of the programme committee will consider professionalism and alignment with the forum topics as the main criteria in evaluation and selection of papers. The papers, published and presented at the forum, will be classified as published conference papers according to the valid typology.
The lead author shall fill in the electronic paper registration form and attach the abstract.
When registering, please provide all details in the registration form. The abstracts shall include the main starting points, contents and conclusions of your presentation/paper.
Since the Forum is taking place online this year, we will send the authors detailed instructions for preparing their online presentations.
Important dates for the authors:
Until 18. March 2025: registration of papers with abstracts
Until 18. April 2025: submission of papers
Please note that the registrations may be closed earlier once the limit volume of papers is reached.
The registration fee for 9. and 10. June 2025 for the authors is 120,00 € (excl. VAT).
