Respected professionals, dear friends of the Industrial Forum, innovators and authors, driving forces of Slovenian development...  

It was an honour to host you two days in Portoroz on the 13th Industrial Forum IRT - Innovations, Development and Technologies! How nice it was to meet face to face again and exchange ideas with you, engage in sparking discussions, learn from you and disseminate our experience to others!

As Darko Švetak, the driving force of the event comments at the end of the Forum: “The Industrial Forum IRT is a lighthouse of Slovenian industry”. Not only a lighthouse, the Industrial Forum is also a place, where sparks ignites and light torches, that goes in numerous companies and academic institutions all over the country and beyond its borders.

Exactly this was the topis of the first day of the Forum: how to light the torch and enthusiasm for engineering carers and pass on younger generations. We discussed about visons and opportunities that green transition and transition to Society 5.0 bring to Slovenia, we presented financing sources for innovative project and discovered how manufacturing will look in innovative Europe. The second day of the forum we continue with as much as forty professional lectures and networking. We were impressed by the thoroughness of those lectures.

However, the Industrial Forum would be meaningless without you, numerous attendees, contributing authors, exhibitors, partners, lecturers, sponsors, media partners and all of you that contribute to the success of the event with your presence. Therefore, at the end of this event, we would like to thank you all!

We appreciate a lot that you recognise the useful content of the Industrial Forum. In the future we will do our best for you and take case for improvements, innovations and upgrade the event. All this in order to create a space, full of ideas and ambitious plans, giving the opportunities for their realisation.

See you again next year from 12th to 13th June at the same location! You are all kindly invited!
